Q: Does YOUR Company have Product Liability Insurance?

A: Yes Custom Trams has a comprehensive General / Product Liability Policy in force, and will supply you with policy binder when you purchase you system, you will be able to verify coverage and in-force prior to Signing the Contract for the purchase of your tram.

Q: Are Trams Safe?

A: Yes with the multiple Safety systems, which are redundant, and proper maintenance, It is next to impossible for you to be injured in any way while using your tram system, trams have been in use since the 1950's with almost no injuries, and the accidents to date have resulted from no, or improper maintenance, by untrained personnel.

Q: What is the weight capacity?

A: Our Standard Steel Or Aluminum Track systems will carry 1000lbs of cargo and passengers, and can be upgraded from there to meet your needs for greater passenger or cargo capacity if required.

Q: Can a person in a wheelchair use the tram?

A: Custom Trams can produce entire handicap accessible systems including Ramps and an Extended car with larger entry and fold up seats, that are standard on our cars, steel or all aluminum.

Q: Will the Installation be by an Experienced Technician?

A: Yes, I currently supervise all installs by Custom Trams and can give you numerous references of easy to extremely difficult installs that I personally supervised from start to finish, and I am the primary owner, and General Manager, ask the other tram company owners you contact for information on their product, if they supervise or send employees with less than 3 years install experience to install their trams!
